About the insight
A full service drive.
An unanswered phone.
That gap puts pressure on the service manager, and on the advisors already helping the customers in front of them.

Where the idea came from
The founder watched this happen in a real service department.
Not as a consultant with a spreadsheet. Standing in the drive, watching advisors do write-ups while the line rang, and watching the manager try to read meaning into a list of missed numbers afterward.
A full service drive
Advisors walking customers through write-ups, keys moving, cars stacked in the lanes.
A phone that keeps ringing
The service line rings while everyone is with a customer. Nobody is ignoring it. Nobody is free.
A report that raises questions
Ring-no-answer on the phone report, and the suggestion that the fix is another advisor.
More clarity before
more headcount.
Not every missed call is lost work. Some are hours questions. Some callers try again. Others need a service appointment. A list of missed numbers doesn't tell the whole story.
Service Flow is a working offer for agreed overflow and after-hours coverage: approved answers, eligible appointment requests and concise handoffs to your people.
The aim is to make hiring decisions from real call evidence rather than pressure. This is a first-pass prototype, not a live service. Brand, integrations and commercial terms are still being validated.
